Who we are

MOMO D'ECLAT CLEANING SERVICES, No. 3, Corner Est, Les Promenades d'Helvétia, Moka, Mauritius. For anything about your data, write to reservation@momodeclat.com.

Our own visit statistics

We count visits with our own analytics, which runs on Cloudflare and sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. For each page view or action we record the page, the website you came from, any campaign tags in the link, your country, the type of device and browser, and the site language. Actions are clicks on WhatsApp, phone, email and map links, the share and AI summary buttons on articles, the steps of the quote builder including the service and price shown, how far an article is read, how far down each page you scroll and how long it is actively viewed, whether you then open another page of the site, which parts of a page came into view and roughly how long they stayed on screen, and the label of each button or link pressed (never anything you type). We also note what kind of place a visit came from (one of our ads, a search engine, an AI assistant, a social network, an email or another website), without keeping an ad’s click code. When a quotation is sent, its details (rooms, add-ons, how often) are used only to check its price and are not kept. Daily totals of these visits and actions, which say nothing about any visitor, are kept by Carril, the agency that runs this website, to report them to us.

To count visitors without identifying anyone, your IP address and browser are combined with the date and a secret value into a code that changes every day. The IP address itself is not stored. This data is kept for about three months. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, none of this is collected.

Google Analytics, only with your consent

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics, provided by Google. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_HCFVMKNLMQ to recognise returning visits, and Google processes the data under its own terms. Nothing is sent to Google and no Google cookie is set until you choose Accept.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, at the foot of every page. Declining removes the Google Analytics cookies.

What the site keeps on your device

A cookie named momo_lang remembers the language you chose, for one year. Your choice of light or dark theme and your cookie choice are kept in your browser. None of these is used to track you.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also measures page speed with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive what you send, such as your name, area and the quotation from the builder, and use it only to reply, quote and arrange your clean. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy terms.
