Two bathrooms are included. Each extra bathroom adds Rs 300 to a regular clean and Rs 500 to a deep clean.

Offices
Rs 1,000 for up to 25 m², then Rs 20 for each extra m², up to 150 m². Larger offices are quoted after a visit.
- Booked every week, the cleaning itself costs 10% less, or 15% less with more than one visit a week. Add-ons are not discounted.
- Post construction cleaning and Airbnb turnovers are quoted by message.
Search for cleaning prices in Mauritius and you mostly find Facebook posts asking you to send a message. The price arrives after a conversation, and there is no way of knowing whether the number you were given is the number anyone else was given.
The list above is every price we charge. It is the same table our quote builder uses, so what you read here is what you will pay.
How to read the list
Homes are priced by the number of bedrooms. Find your bedroom count in the first column, then read across to the type of clean you want. That is your price for up to two bathrooms.
Bathrooms are counted separately because they are the slowest part of most cleans. A regular or deep clean includes two, and each one beyond that is added at the rate shown under the table.
We do not price by the hour. An hourly rate tells you what an hour costs, not what the job costs, and it quietly rewards the slower cleaner. A three bedroom house is the same price for everyone, every time, whoever answers the phone.
Regular or deep: which line to read
A regular clean keeps a home that is already in good shape that way: floors, surfaces, bathrooms and the kitchen.
A deep clean is for a home that has not had a thorough clean in a while, or that you want reset before regular cleaning begins. It reaches the places a regular clean does not get to every visit. If you are not sure which you need, our guide to deep cleaning or regular cleaning walks through it.
Moving in or moving out
A move in or move out clean has its own table, because the work is different. An empty property is cleaned from top to bottom, with nothing in the way, and every bathroom is counted from the first. Furnished properties cost a little more than empty ones, because there is more to clean around.
Offices
Offices are priced by floor area rather than by rooms. The base price covers a small office, and each extra square metre adds a fixed amount up to the size shown. Larger offices are quoted after a visit, because a floor that size usually has its own layout and timing to plan around.
Sofa, curtains, rugs and windows
These are priced per piece, so you only pay for what you want done. Add them to any clean, or book them on their own as an add-on visit.
Weekly cleaning costs less
Booking every week takes a percentage off the cleaning itself, and a larger one if we come more than once a week. The discount applies to the clean, not to add-ons.
What is not on this list
Post construction cleaning is quoted after a visit. The work after a building site has little to do with the size of the property and everything to do with what was left behind: settled dust, paint, adhesive, grout haze. Pricing it from a table would mean guessing.
Airbnb turnovers are quoted by message, because they depend on the property and on how often guests change over. Our turnover checklist for hosts covers what goes into one.

How much does house cleaning cost in Mauritius?

Is a deep clean much more expensive than a regular clean?
A deep clean costs more because it takes longer and goes further, into the places a regular clean keeps on top of rather than resets. Both prices sit side by side in the table so you can compare them for your number of bedrooms.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Homes are priced by bedroom count from a fixed table, so the same home is the same price every time and a slower clean never costs you more.
Are there any charges on top of the price?
No. The price the builder shows is the whole price. There is no separate call out fee and no travel charge inside the areas we serve.
How do I get a price for post construction cleaning?
Send us the details on WhatsApp. The work depends on what the building site left behind rather than on the size of the property, so it is quoted after a visit.
